What types of products do you sell, and to whom do you sell?
Creative Converting is a leading manufacturer and distributor of paper entertaining products, including high-fashion paper tableware designed to coordinate with virtually any event, plastic tablecovers and cutlery, balloons, centerpieces, streamers, banners, candles, gift bags, confetti, and much more. These products are distributed to specialty and major party goods retailers throughout North America and around the world. We do not sell our products through our web site, nor directly to consumers.

May I receive a catalog
Yes. Please include a business phone number, street address (no P.O. boxes), and business tax ID number when requesting a catalog. To provide the best service, your request will be forwarded to a sales person in your area who will contact you, answer any questions you may have, and request your catalog through our fulfillment group.

How can I have a Creative Converting representative contact me?
After advising us of your request by e-mail or contacting Customer Service at 800-428-5017, we will advise the sales representative in your area of your request. In order for our representative to promptly contact you, please include your name, business name, address, and phone number.

What is the minimum order size?
Minimum order in US currency is $500 paid by credit card. Established accounts may have exceptions to the minimum and a freight charge applied.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping is available for orders in excess of $500 if the invoice is paid within terms.

Do you offer terms?
Yes. Standard payment terms are Net 30 Days and are available based on credit history. See additional Terms of Sale.

How soon will my order ship after the order is placed?
Many orders are shipped the same day or next business day after the order is placed. During peak times, orders will be shipped within 48-72 hours from when the order is placed

What is the length of time for my order to arrive?
Shipment transit time varies based on destination. All orders are shipped from our distribution center in Indianapolis, Indiana. Typically, shipping times are within one to five shipping days.

What payment methods are available?
Credit Card, check, and money order are suitable payment methods.
